Cone check valves with stainless steel valve cone and high-quality rubber diaphragm for silent use in drinking water pipes.
Technical features of our cone check valves
Our Stop Silent check valves are equipped with a diaphragm that prevents the back flow of liquid and gaseous fluids. The valve closes silently and without water hammer. This anti-reflux device ensures the required tightness even in the presence of dirty or granular fluids such as sand for example. The valve also acts as a raw filter and protects your systems. In addition, they do not have any moving mechanical parts subject to wear, which guarantees a long service life.
The membrane is located in the perforated support cone and the sealing lips rest on the inner surface of the cone. When the pressure increases, the membrane deforms and allows the fluid to pass through. In the event of a pressure drop, the diaphragm moves to the initial position and closes the cone check valve.
