Low-wear check valves from the manufacturer with plastic diaphragms to protect against the backflow of liquid, pasty and gaseous media.
Technical features of our non-return armatures
Our non-return valves are equipped with a diaphragm to prevent the discharge of liquid and gaseous fluids. The special feature of the latter is a silent closing without water hammer. This anti-return device guarantees the waterproofing essential for optimal fluid management, even with granular or sandy water. Non-return valves serve as raw filters and thus secure your equipment. In addition, they do not have moving moving parts subject to wear and tear, which guarantees a long service life.
Check valves - Technical data

Materials of non-return valves
Check valves have a diaphragm whose material must be chosen according to its use.
Check valves with ethylene-propylene-diene rubber diaphragm EPDM:
For hot and cold water
Suitable for steam sterilization for short periods of time
Check valves with a Viton® Fluorcarbon membrane:
For chemical industry
Acid resistant
Temperature resistant -20 to +220 °C
Check valves with nitrile rubber diaphragm NBR:
for solar technology
for thermal cogeneration plants
for petrochemistry
Check valves with a fluorosilicone membrane FVMQ:
weather-resistant
unalterable
temperature-resistant
ozone-resistant
Check valve with silicone diaphragm VMQ:
Hot air temperatures up to +210°C
Cold resistance down to approx. -60°C
Water temperatures up to 100°C
For food industries and drinking water
Installation examples of non-return armatures
The membrane is fixed in the perforated support cone and its sealing lip rests on the inner surface of the cone. When the pressure increases, the membrane deforms and allows the fluid to pass through. In the event of a pressure drop, the diaphragm returns to its initial position and closes the non-return valve.
