No additional foundation or base is required for the run-out into nature. Our system can be installed without any additional effort, tools or machinery. A barrier is required to prevent amphibians, reptiles and insects as well as leaves and branches from entering the drinking water.
The guidelines of the Water Protection Ordinance of October 28, 1998 state that Discharge structures must not impair the natural appearance of the watercourse. As our backwater flap can be attached without any structural measures, it does not detract from the appearance and can be installed in just a few minutes. Access is protected against the entry of amphibians, reptiles and microorganisms. In the event of flooding, the SL13 also protects against the entry of fish. The SL 13 backwater flap is used for outlets into nature and bodies of water, but also in reptile protection areas
Did you know that our flap also works under water?
