Our backwater valves for sewer systems
The Stop Silent SL13 duct backwater flap is designed for a use in industrial and private waste water. Lasso Technik AG check valves can be used with a back pressure of up to 0.5 bar. Quick and easy installation in the drain pipe is ensured by a friction clamp inside the valve. Our check valves also have a nose flap function and prevent all small animals from entering the sewer system. All our products are also equipped with an airtight odour check valve so that no duct gas can escape from the cellar.

Functionality of our duct backwater valves
Our check valves use the pressure of the wastewater backflow to close thanks to the integrated rubber membrane. In the event of a slight accumulation of waste water, pressure is exerted on the membrane whose sealing lip opens upwards. The flow can flow freely. If the flow is stopped, the sealing lip closes again. In the event of a backflow of water, the rubber membrane is filled and pressed against the pipe wall. The water line is always hermetically sealed thanks to the membrane which makes it impossible for gas to move.
